American to remove rear galleys from MD-80s
Good morning,
Rather new on the forum, so I hope that the news in not already discussed somewhere...
I guess this removal is legal (if AA does it ;-)), but I guess it will make the job of flight attendants harder, won't it?

Having just flown 3 sements on AA MD-80s, I can see why they're doing this. Its not like the inflight service is much more than the beverage cart and the $4 "snack boxes"
Whoda thunk you could package so many preservatives -- oreos, sausage stick, and processed cheese-style spread--all in one place!?! No refridgeration needed for those things, and I bet the shelf life is pretty scary, too. (But I ate the whole thing, anyways)
