Titan airways interview

So they close the job applications for BOH yesterday and i got a call asking to attend an interview! very excited but a little nervous as well. I know what im talking about aviation wise but any tips/tricks you wiuld advise specific to Titan? I understand they are looking for first class service especially when on their exec charters!
Does anyone have any idea how much i can expect a month? It just says negotiable on their website!!! (i'll take 50K and a mercedes please!!!! lol!
also how does there roster work? I mean basing out of BOH will i be constantly being put into txis to other airports or performing POS flights or are we expecting something to be pulled from the hat?

Thanx guys and gals! X

Firstly, you do know that is for six months temp contract?
One of my friends who worked there was on temp for 6 months and was layed off and he was gutted . No feedback, no assessments,no explanation given as to why he was layed off. Please be AWARE of this.
His advice to you is to have something else lined up in case they lay you off ! ! ! !! . Especially boh base, because of little or no contracts for the company.
If you like being on sby allday, and every day, this job is for you.Im sure you are aware of their famous Go Nows, if the phone rings, you have to be at the airport in half an hour, and if you are not, say bye bye to your contract.
As for pay expect 800-900 pm, roster is 2 weeks in advance, and of course it will be full of sbys and no flights. You dont fly, you dont get paid except basic, no comission on in flight sales. The ONLY good thing about this company is my friend commented was you can eat all, drink all, everything paid for down route. So milk that everytime when you get a flight while you can .
Hope this helps, and good luck
