Now Galley Bitch there's your first problem. You are acting like a subordinate already.
Don't arrive at your interview as a YES person. You are an individual. You have given them all your details so you can simply put it to them that:
(a) you just want to make sure they are the right employer
(b) you want to first find out what is in it for you (security etc)
(c) you want to know what provisions are in place in case the company folds (at that point you might hear the words "there is little or no chance of that, it all has been carefully planned. ) ......
TO WHICH YOU JUMP AT THE OPPORTUNITY to
(d) ask them to show you how they propose to remain profitable and what their sustainable advantage is. (None from what I can see).
Should you decide to want to accept a position, tactfully delay to consider your position. As a general guide, you delay a maximum of a week.
If they rush you into a decision, hold your ground. State that you need time to think about it.
As you are desperate, you need to strong because desperation can make you act in a way that overrides your common sense.

dear galley bitch, please ignore most of what L.C said. The fact is that Ozjet are pretty upfront and honest in a very relaxed way. The interviews I found were relaxed and I honestly mean just be yourself! They are not looking for people trying to prove anything such as reputations etc. The group session is professional and well run and to be honest the people running it are great! It was so easy to approach them and ask what ever you like & they will tell you what their bottom line is and that start up will be tough. Good luck, they are lovely people if that helps.
