Which way to apply?
Some airlines I would like to apply, offer their cc positions via job portals like aviationjobsearch.com or cabincrew.com
All you have to do is to register and fill in the application form on-line, or sometimes add your cv and after initial consideration, it is (or not) forwarded to this airline.
But on the other side these airlines advertise job offers on their home websites, and give postal or e-mail address to send your covering letter and cv directly to their hr offices.
And here comes my question:
WHICH WAY IS BETTER TO APPLY TO THESE AIRLINES?
