Calling Raynair crew at STN

Hi, I v been recently accepted on the course for Raynair at STN and wanted to try to find out from people who may have recently trained with Raynair more about the trainning course! Such as:

1) I realise they are very big courses and was wondering what kind of help you get from the trainer with only one trainer for 36 people, i am a little bit worred that we don't get much help.

2) Do Raynair charge for the cabin crew training course as a profit making busness or does it merely cover the cost of the cost.

3) What is it like to work for Ryanair and what is the avereage take home pay for a normal flying rosta.

Any help would be much appreciated.
