Recruitment Questions
Hello everyone, hope you are all ok.
A quick question referring to airline application forms.
I fully understand these questions are specific to the individual but i would like to find out what the airline is looking for in particular, and what kind of thing you guys put in your applications (if you had these questions!!!).
**Please describe in as much detail as possible, a real situation in which you gave excellent customer service. What were the circumstances? What made the service excellent? (in no more than 150 words please) **
**Please give an example of when you had to work as part of a successful team. What made the team successful? How, as an individual, did you contribute to the team? (in no more than 150 words please) **
Thanks for your help guys and gals,i will be greatful for all replies.
Cheers
