be careful! private flying position

Hi there, I just wanted to share some news for those of you looking into private flying with a certain company owned by 2 NZ brothers.. Please be VERY careful as they are reknowned for promising the world and not delivering..ie say that you are great and the next best thing since sliced bread but they will not put you on a full contract so you basically work your month on and do not get paid for any months off. but throughout the trial month they will say you are the best yet!!! Then they will say you did not get the job and the whole process starts again...leaving you in the lurch..So if the package seems to good to be true , it probably is.. they have gone through at least 9 girls in the last year.. pls feel free to PM for more info.. Recruitment companies are aware of this problem but because they get commission on each place it is in their interests to provide girls for this position, so please be careful out there!

With apologies, please ensure that you don't name the company on PPRuNe (to avoid any possible legal problems) - You have done this to date, and we appreciate this.

Hey Carrioke......you cheeky carrot!!

Mike, tell your friend to send her CV into Jackie Van Doreen at Jet Personnel, she is the one who deals with all the private flying jobs.

To be honest, its not easy to get into, and its pure luck if you do get the opportunity.

Also have a look at www.flightinternational.com and www.aviationjobsearch.com, they sometimes have VVIP jobs going.

Goodluck, sorry i cant help more, as i said, its not easy .

Lightbulb VIP flying

To mikeymike

Another good one is Netjets, either in the East or Europe.

Does anybody know of any private flying jobs in Australia, or where I can find information on it?

Hey Sarah

My best advise is to do what i did. Search the web for priavte charter companies, private air fields, VIP jets etc, and send them your CV. You just never know....

Also, the latest number on the Kiwi toll is 19girls!!! If we all become aware of their antics we can start saying 'thanks...but no thanks....!'

If you want to PM me i can tell you more info.
xx

skyresource.net

use the above recruitment agency

Unlike others previously mentioned, they actually are in the 'thick of it' and can find jobs for you.

Also try www.flightinternational.com

always stuff there!
