SEP Instructors
Hello,
Hoping to hear the views of SEP trainers out there in pprune land.
I have recently applied and regrettably failed the application for SEP trainer at my airline (but I am only new there anyways and there will be plenty of opps in the future) and as I didnt get beyond the application phase I am not entitled to company feedback. All the more gutting as I was CRM trainer in my previous airline.
SOOOOOOO....... I was hoping I may hear from some of you about tips and suggestions for both the application (its a written one and a copy of experience to date) and tips for an interview.
I have done a search and cant find any threads similiar!
