e learning courses and getting the job

I see a number of new e learning courses for would be cabin crew and I wonder what they are like. Has anyone done one? What was the content like? Does it test your personality or is it stuff like mental arithmatic and english comprehension? Did you get to talk to someone or were you on your own? Did anybody give you guidance on where to look for jobs and how to fill in your application form? Did they cover personal presentation and grooming - or does that matter nowadays? Did it help you get your dream job?
Just being nosy as we never had anything like that in the old days!!

Sorry - absolute waste of money and time!

If youve got hands on experience in the travel industry combined with a customer facing role and you can demonstrate you can handle a tricky/awkward situation, then youre in with a chance. Show some confidence too. You cant be taught how to handle a situation, sure you get guidance, but the job comes naturally.
