What are the average hours per week, night stops, standbys, promotional prospects etc?

i was a bacx crew member out of bhx and i hated it. i am being truthful. my experience was not good working 6 days on and having 2 off. to earn over a thousand pounds a month i had to work just over 200hrs and that including selling my days off back to them. i would seriously consider applying for more companies and keeping your options open.
