If you've received their email saying that your application is taken in and if there's a phone number in it I think yu should call them up. Even if you call them you might find that there's no one picking up the phone for a longggggggggggggggggggg time and you eventually wonder if there's anyone working there or not... It's quite normal for most of Middle East airliners.
