Virgin cabin crew application - help?

Thanks for your help. My friend (in London) is applying for VS cabin crew, pretty much from a cold start.

Three quick questions:

(i) The application form mentions 'expected salary' - what's a tactful figure to insert? She's not currently a paid employee, so she doesn't have a 'baseline' figure.

(ii) It also asks how far she can swim - she's only just learned how, so she's looking for a 'target' figure to aim for. Any suggestions?

(iii) Bearing in mind that she has no direct CC experience (although she's been several years in customer services), is there anything else which she could add to the application which might steer things in the right direction?

While I appreciate the odds are stacked against her, I'd like to give her a lot of encouragement for trying. Positive answers only would be nice.

Thanks again.
