British Airways Customer Services Interview...
Got an interview at British Airways for the customer services agent jobs at LGW, any1 got any tips of what to wear, and kind of what to expect, one of the girls rang me up to give me a brief run through of the day, just wondering! Obviously its gonna be different from Cabin Crew, but still someone might be able to offer some help!

dress smartly, no jeans. Generally as you would if attending an interview for any other ground based job. when i went for my interview the girl who showed me in said don't act nervous because for the job you need to be able to portray a calm exterior even if you're panicking inside.

End of day be yourself, dress smart and in your group interview ba like to see people bringing in other people into the discussion so if you have somebody who is very quiet bring them into the discussion by using their name.
