Red face Interviews at Flyglobespan

Hello, I don't know whether any of you have had interview experience with FlyGlobespan, but I just wondered what they are looking for regarding the position of 'Senior Cabin Crew'. I have 5 years experience flying both as a 'trainer' and a 'No1' with another airline and apparently 'came across very well' at the interview, but unfortunatley got rejected for the job.

It seems they are taking on people with far less experience than myself - can anyone shed any light on why this is? The interview went well and everyone was really nice so I was a bit gutted to say the least not to be offered a job.

Any ideas?
