Help!!!!

I'm doing a Cabin Crew 2 day course in February. I have been sent some questions and am really stuck on one of them:

"How would youo explain to a blind passenger where the different types of food are on the plate"

Can anyone help me with this please>?

My answer:- You wouldn't... the airline either doesn't give out food, or you just get a slice of a sandwich and yogurt instead....

Hi there Leanne, as batty quite rightly said, use the clock face example as this is what most airlines teach cabin crew during cabin service training, also ask the pax do they need assistance removing lids, opening cutlery pack etc. good luck.
