Flight crew? I would doubt it. Anyway, I know of a great company that has aided hundreds of cabin crew to get positions with the companies you mentioned. It is called 'GOOGLE' and can be found by typing, funnily enough, 'GOOGLE' on your keyboard in Internet Explorer. Then you press 'enter' on your keyboard. You can then make 'GOOGLE' your homepage. Keeping up? ...good! All you have to do now is type in whichever company's details that you are after and - after pressing 'enter' on your keyboard again - hey presto, as if by some form of weird, yet mind-bogglingly easy, magic, there those details are.....right in front of you. Can you believe that?
Anyway, I'm off down to my local pub - someone's just told me they are selling a liquid that is made from barley, hops, yeast and water that makes unattractive women look like supermodels. Can you believe that?

Regards,

ps you did deserve that, didn't you?

Yes, of course Rogi old chap, delighted to assist.

Send an email to me at [email protected] and I'll send off an application for you, fill it in, attend the interview and then the training and even do the flights as well - No, really, it's a pleasure and don't you get off the sofa, just put those tired feet up...

Angry

Well I think you are all very mean and cynical.

However, the ability to spell correctly does work wonders...

Cool

You guys are a really funny bunch I have to say ! Probably some frustrated CC-wannabes.

But YES I am flight crew, 320/21 out of LGW.

And YES I am lazy, FBW makes me lazy you see. But I have better things to do than look up some email-adresses for my girlfriend. This forum could have been a much easier way and me still being `helpfull and attentive` to my girlfriend but apparently not.

And YES, I dont give a **** about my spelling at all. I only care about my money, my pension and when I can drink beers. (I got into the UK airlines though, even with this outrageous spelling)

So bring it on you flight deck flouzie-wannabes, hopefully before 1700. Yes I know it is sad I `m behind my computer on Xmass day, but I`m on stnby and I cant drink any alcohol till then.

Helpfull replies are still welcome off course !!

PS : My airline doesn`t have a recruitment email-adres, how hard you even try with that funny word you mentioned there, GOOGLE wasn`t it ? probably your google-thing works better ...

Oh yeah,

for the REAL cabin crew reading this topic; I never meant to insult the job or the people doing it. Why would I otherwise support my girlfriend in her choice ? I hope that`s clear and obvious.

Have a MERRY X-MASS and a HAPPY NEW YEAR !!!!

PS : watch out what you reply, I could send BALPA after you

Rogi

My guess is that your original post fell into the "too good to miss" and "temption beyond endurance" categories - I'm pretty sure (but not completely) that most replies were well intentioned, and absolutely certain that no offence was either taken or intended.

Good luck with the standby - mine also finished @17:00z, and I've just lost Boxing Day!

Merry Xmas

Rogi,

Not too sure about your airline but most companies (not just airlines) have an internal recruitment site on the intranet. Could you maybe get some info or even refer her through that?

Luck to ya.

good idea. Unfortunatly our intranet has been down for a long time now. Does that say anything about my company ? hmmm

But my comp is not the problem. I can drop her CV on the right desk.

Anyway, I told her already just to send some CV`s by post or to fill in the online application forms. I guess she is on the lazy side as well as she just wanted to send her CV by email.

Thnx !

OH!

And YES I am lazy, FBW makes me lazy you see.
Oh really, do I? Usually it's the opposite, all boys become very active with me!!!

what about asking your company for an application form? Most airlines require on-line applications, not e-mails.

A good site for all the vacancies is www.cabincrewpassport.com and also www.flightinternational.co.uk

There are no better sites for general cc jobs. If you want to apply for her for the major airlines just visit their websites directly.
www.britishairwaysjobs.com www.easyjet.com www.ryanair.com www.astraeus.com and so on.

Good luck and keep your eyes open with those FBW, they are usually a bit dodgy.

Cheers!

FBW
