Question Brits Working In Oz?

Hi!
Please could anyone tell me if they know of any airlines in oz who take on brits? I have seen quantas advertising (as per forum posting) but i wanna live in oz with my boyfriend, so dont just want to work for an oz airline, i want to be based in oz?

Failing living in oz, does anyone know of an airline that night stops in oz?

Sorry but im getting withdrawal symptons from not seeing my man!

I love my job and wanna be able to stay being cabin crew.

Thanks millions

Heya,

Virgin Atlantic are starting services to Sydney via Hong Kong.

Otherwise Emirates fly to Australia, they would probably be your best shot, as they fly to more cities in Oz than what Virgin will.

Or the obvious, British Airways.

Hope this helps,

Theeya,

Hi Airhostie,

I believe that if you want to fly for an Australian airline based in Australia then you would need permanent residency. I was looking at possibly flying but have 2yrs residency, so I have to wait if I still want to pursue that in the future.

There are of course options if you want to apply for ground based positions within hospitality if you want to live here. I can' t think of another airline other than what RaverFlaver has already suggested.

I can PM you if you need any more information.
