Question Might someone be able to help me?

Maybe one of you can help me to contact a cabin crew member, who was responsible for us on the British Airways flight number BA285 (LHR-SFO, 15th Sep.). His name is Damian. The reason why I want to contact him, is that I want to say thanks for his friendliness and the nice service!

So, I hope there is someone who can help me!

THANKS!

Best bet is to contact customer relations for BA with all the details you have put above and im sure they will be able to pass it on to the person in question

Please, in a gneral way, when you chose a title title for your thread, try to be specific and not to use titles such as "Help me" "can you help me" etc.
Thank you

If you want to send a letter about crew is it best to use the link on the website or is there an actual address it can be posted to? For BA crew that is.

Hi,

I would like to thank you all for the assistance! I not very often fly, because I have extreme fear of flight! Therefore I was so grateful for the service! Thats all!

So, thank you!!
