wee what do you expect from this company. They calim to be the biggest and no1 budget airline, but MOL wants this publicity status at any cost - there is pleanty of choice of airlines out there these days to get in and some experience. If you have these costs before you start service tea and coffee how will you be treated once on line! You have to value your crew to get loyalty and good calibre recruits!
