Question Applying to Britannia

Hi guys..

I wasn't sure if I should of put this in the medical and health section but it comes accross as being for pilots specific, so I've put it here

I'm currently filling in my application form for Britannia but I'm a little concerned about a couple of things..

I live approximately an hours drive from NCL although I'm considering putting MAN as my first choice and relocating, when viewing the application form will they take into consideration that I will relocate closer to NCL if need be?

Also I have thyroid dysfunction which I take medication for, I will be discussing the matter further with my Doctor in a couple of days but will it rubbish my chances with the airline?

One last thing.. I'm aware cabin crew have you under go a medical, I'd be grateful if someone could enlighten me on what is involved.

Thanks muchly!

Hi Rachie.

Living 1hr from NCL is fine, however I would seriously consider MAN because of the Long Haul opportunities and also a greater chance of being' kept on' in the winter.

Don't know anything about your condition so I don't know how it would effect your application.

Britannia do no carry out a medical, but you will need to fill in a medical questionaire honestly.

Good luck, its a great company to work for(...biased)
