Seek help for Virgin Atlantic application
hello everybody
i was on the phone today with V.A., to request an application form, as a Junior flight attendant.
What is the difference between a junior flight attendant and cabin crew with V.A. ?
Can somebody share what to expect after application (if successful)
what is an average salary with V.A. at the beginning, and how does it increases?
thanks a lot for all your help

a JFA and CC are the same at VS.
The appliation proccess is quite long, if you are succesful at the screening stage of the application form they will contact you by letter to attend an initial interview in Crawley, West Sussex.
The rate of acceptance at the screening stage is just over 20%.
Then you have the usual weeding out on the selection day, role plays, 2-1 or 1-2 interviews and maths/english tests and then if you get through those a uniform trying on session and finally personal interview. (1-1 or 2-1 usually)
The basic pay is around 9.500 - 10,000 rising with service, and in turn promotion/performance.
Hope that helps!
