Failed Attempts at Airline Interviews!!!

Been trying for cabin crew with such airlines as Emirates, Gulf Air, Qatar, Singapore Airlines & Silkair within this half year. Still no luck in getting the job!! Tried Emirates the 1st time n got into final interview & flop it. Last month, tried Emirates again. Failed at the prelinmary round. They chose 7 out of 60 people to go into the final round. During the group discussion, I speak relatively much & quite confident..Why is it so difficult to pass Emirates interview??? What are the tips? Pls help
