Hi there, does anyone out there know what % of new crew, First Choice usually keep ojn at the end of the summer? Is it a case of, however hard you work, u won't be kept on, or what? should be starting with them at the end of may, out of lgw!!

hi, yes i have a good idea that if your any good you'll be fine.keep checking your pdp's and you'll get a contract, that's if your not lazy.
