Thumbs up Interviews

Well i have an Int on the 2nd April, am looking to be BHX based if they offer me a position.

All i know is it is a 10 day course full board hotel paid for by Air Malta, Operating on A320 188 charter config.

Not sure about pay, But i should imagine they will be quite competitive as they are setting up quickly and also in competition with the charter companies who pay quite well.

Hope this helps, and if anyon has some info we would be grateful to recieve it!

Ive found out the basics average , but they offer £3 flight duty pay.
Thats the best ive heard of by far! !
Also you get sector pay, so each one you operate you get extra on top of your FDP....

I have flown for Air Malta in Malta for the past 25 years. We are only now venturing into European hubs due to our EU accession.
Work conditions in Malta were great until last week. The airline wants to trim our take home pay by about 25% and take away all our extras like transport to work, hairdressing allowances etc.
Reading about conditions UK based crew are willing to accept, never knew I had it so good in Malta. Training in Malta is nice though.People are great and you will be made to feel welcome. The operation out of the UK will probably only have foreigners (British) involved though because Maltese crew are unwilling to accept what you are being offered.
