Ryanair, No.1 walkout. FRIDAY 19th

Any truth in the rumour that Ryanair number ones will be doing an unofficial walkout on Friday 19th?

If they did, I think RYR would be short of crew on 20th after they've all been sacked !!

I must admit, that having seen how the gals and lads work – its amazing that they can get anybody to do the job.
I was told about flue the other day. It is sad that it has to end this way, but having a cabin crew turnover near the 100% a year, there must be a reason. Could that be the working conditions? Well the next recruitment will obviously be held in Poland, Hungary or related countries.

to the previous comment on naming a fellow work mate, I think you need to be more carefull when naming people on pprune cause yo could cost them a lot of trouble as a lot of people not just cabin crew look at the different entries, I am ex crew and I would not want my name mentioned, good luck in what you decide to do

Never say never. Richard Branson said he would sell the airline if it became unionised, and it did!

Pay peanuts and get monkeys? Well, best of luck and see you in May maybe. Our former HR vicepresident used to say that there are thousands of applicants at the gates just waiting to get our jobs. Well, our gate is open, and there are no hordes of applicants rushing in. Could this be the same situation? Btw, the HR guy was fired.

More likely the fact that word hasn't yet got out in those countries about the appauling conditions for ryanair cabin crew.
After all do you really think M. Oleary is worried about 100% turnover when he receives €2500 from every new recruit?
