Pregnancy at Emirates

Can anybody tell me what happens if you fall pregnant while working for Emirates? Do you have the same rights as in the UK?

At Emirates you are not covered for maternity leave. You would leave the company when baby was born then if you decide to go back to Emirates they would take you back at a rank lower than the rank you left.
