Etihad Airways working conditions?

Does anyone know what Etihad Airways working conditions are like? How much they pay? What the base and training is like? What are they like to work for etc??? Any Etihad crew around?

Regards

Hope this is of help to you. Speaking from experience. They have about 120 crew at the moment and are still expanding. They only have three or four turn around routes at the moment but have just started lay over flights to Columbo Sri Lanka but will be going to London on night stops and Bangkok. The average salary as a junior crew member is approximately 5,000 dirhams which is equivalent to 900 pounds sterling. Presently they are staying in a hotel but are awaiting their new apartments which should be finished at the end of this month. Transport is put on for their flights and training course (Approx. 5 weeks). Whils they are on training course and in hotel they are being paid and extra 300 pounds per month. \Uniform is supplied and they have full medical coverage. And guess what the holiday town (Dubai) is just n hour and half drive away if you just want to get away for a break.

But just be on best behaviour throughout the course as you are being watched all the time.

Good luck to you all!
