I currently fly with many ex ryanair crew, and im yet to hear a good word!!! As far as i know opperating under Irish law proves to be back breaking as crews work almost all the hours in the day. Should the cabin crew make a mistake with their bars any discrepency is charged to the whole crew, and some of their SOP's leave a little to be desired. I wouldn't advise working with them.
