Hi
Was recently pax on BA 2047/2046 (MCO), and was v kindly upgraded to Club both sectors.
Just wanted to thank the crews again (I did on board too) for the excellent service out on 5th and back on 14th Dec. The LGW based crews def. have a different (and better?) attitude than any of the LHR ones I have so far come across.
