Anyone in the same situation as me??

I have been offered a job with Monarch back in November (not that long I know just eager!) and now have to wait until they contact me to let me know when the training course is just want to start!!
Does/has anyone worked for Monarch before and know when I will find out? Just don't want to call and bug them.
Also in the interview they gave me the impression it was for a permanent position but from checking out websites etc it seems that all charters only recruit for the summer, is this the same with Monarch?

Thanks

P.S how do I change my user name??

Call them. If an airline offers you a position and expects you to leave a current job (if you have one) and possibly even up-sticks and move to be nearer a base of theirs, the least that they can do is make the information you need available to you.

If it's been so long since they said "yes", a quick call CERTAINLY won't hurt.

Congrats!

Wannabe crew,
about the username change, send me a PM with a request and your new name choice. Will take some days to be sorted though, everybody is very busy with the Gatbash

MON

Your training course will start in March and you will be given a 6 month temporary contract up to October. They'll send you a formal letter during the first two weeks of january. Can't assure you you'll be kept on, you might, or maybe just invited to come back for the following summer 2005.
Hope this helped.
