European Air Charter
I am thinking of applying to EAC out of Manchester, but would really like to move back closer to home, about 2 hours away. Are there any EAC crew who commute for flights out of MAN base?
What is rosters like, what kind of trips are there ex MAN?
What is pay like?
Are crewing kind to those who commute with regards to standbys?
What are chances of promotion to No2/Purser/CSD?
I would appreciate any info regarding commuting etc, I think I am itching to get back to ad-hoc flying !
Thanks

Many crew travel over 2 hours to work but most are 747 only. You would be 73 and 74 so not such a good idea. Need to be (at the most) 1 1/2 hours away. Money isn't the best but a good laugh and you go to some different places so you won't get too bored. All SFB's in the summer (one a day form April). Very relaxed too.
Enjoy
