Etihad Airways - Cabin Crew
Hello Guys & Girls.....
I applied for the post of cabin crew with Etihad Airways....Online and I also faxed my CV's...
Does anyone knows how long will they take to view the applicant's CV's before they could actually select a suitable candidate for the job?
Has anyone out there who had an email or reply from Etihad Airways?
Also, I couldn't figure out why is their website www.etihadairways.com is not accessible??? Does anyone out there also having problem accessing that website?
Any info posted here will be much appreciated...

I too could not supply my information to their www site. It appears the link keeps breaking.
Any more contact information for the airline would be great- postal, fax, email etc....

Hello
A friend of mine is currently over there and has finished training. Alot of unanswered questions by the management. It looks like my friend will be coming back. The wages a low and there wont be alot of flying initially, once every ten days apparently. My friend is still in the hotel there is no accommodation just yet she doesnt know how long she will be at the hotel. I will ask my friend for an email and fax number for you.
For me, I would say its better to stay here I think the salary is too low.

Any more info on how your friend is finding Etihad? Have things improved?
I was offered a position with them but thankfully turned it down, the salary was very low for the middle east.
Maybe it will be a great airline to join in a years time when they have become more established, I might be tempted to change my mind then.

Hi Jade,
I spoke to her last night and she said they have to go and work in the office as there are still no flights intil December.
She also said the morale amongst the crew is very low. Too many changes regarding the contract. The accommodation is being built and wont be ready for them for about 4 months.
Good idea you turned it down, I think my friend will stick it out until January she did say 2 canadians have already left and alot are looking for other positions whilst there. Very disorganised by the sounds of it.
