Unashamedly inspired by tonights 'Airline' on UK TV..
What do you guys do when confronted by a really nervous passenger?
Now, despite my interest in the biz, I am not the worlds most confident passenger, but my interest does overcome any hesitance and I don't think I'm much trouble on the annual tribe's journey to the Med. Just how do you tackle the pax who just HAS to get off despite the fact that you are in the SID climb out of LHR and the thing just aint going back down until it gets where it is going?
