GB Airways Cabin Services Manager OUT
She breezes in, wrecks the moral of everyone about her, and finally she is out.
Was she pushed? Who knows.
One thing for sure............... she won't be missed.

I hope that this turn of events will somehow stem the flood of people who have left the company lately. What is a real concern is that the company have lost a lot of experienced people recently as well as new starts. Everybody needs exposure and time to learn so in the meantime we fly with young inexperienced crews. Some days the only persons in the main cabin with more than three months experience is the Purser and AP. How safe is that?

Doesn't take much to read between the lines of the MD's letter.
Looks like she has had the shove.
She has got a taste of her own evil medicine.
Contrary to what the MD says, I'm sure most will agree she has nearly wrecked the airline. Nasty beyond belief, treated people like dirt, shafted everyone on her way to the top, and finally it all caught up with her.
I just hope that all the little henchmen she appointed get their come-uppance in the not too distant future.
This great airline can do without people like her, we are well rid of her.
KC is the one for the job and we all wish her the best of luck.

Well all this news for us.
No more hot meals on flight under 3hrs.Its about bloody time.
And our BEST FRIEND (only joking ) J.G leaving.
I cant take it all in.
I dont think anyone in the office should get the job.
There are a couple of people in there that are ok. But I still think we need someone new to hopefully make us crew happy to work for GB again.

just remember everyone, there are still the 'MINI-ME'S' left, some of who have graduated with first class certificates from her schoool of witchcraft and wizardry
wot gb need's is someone new, fresh, vision, with management experience and a qualification would be nice, not someone who get's 'voted' in cos they are nice. Well, believe me, not so nice when they have a budget to control, people to discipline, wot about it then? very nice now, but then wot? someone new would make themselves respected for who they are and for the respect they show us, someone who don't have 'friends' already at gb, someone who would treat us all fairly.
there is still a long way to go, a very looonnnng way.
and this chicken is gonna cluck: this won't mean an increase in your basic, 2 nightstops a week, and it's all hunky dory...yes, things will change, not today, not tomorow, and good luck to all those in mighty (and not so mighty who need to be brought down a peg or two) places who remain, lets see if things really change, or is it now gonna be a power struggle to the top...

Quiet obvious you need to seek some help. You are obviously one of the Hitler Youth. Your language does not disguise your evil bitterness that your mentor has instilled in you..........your time will come.
KC would do a good job. Anyone in any position of responsibilty will have their enemies. I doubt though she is strong enough to get rid of the rest of the trash left behind in this woman's wake.
Apart from KC, there is nobody else even close to having the character and qualities for the job.

Chicken Tarragon I so agree with what you are saying.
If any of that lot in the office got the job, things would not change at all. Two of them ( K.C & R.M ) are so far up J.G's behind. I am amazed they can see daylight.

As I understand its KC has never seen eye to eye with JG and as for RM well I dont think so!
I do agree however new blood would be best a fresh approach for the future but will the rest of the department be happy to mend their ways..... Oh yes and a man would be good!!

Well JG is going back to Eastwick, I was under the impression that there were only three witches it appears there were four as three more remain.

He needs to go too along with the others. In the words of good old silicon valley we need fresh blood.
Bin Laden has been missing for some time now - has any thought of looking for him at the Beehive? He might be a good replacement because the others that are there at the moment cannot do any better.

Maybe RM is not the man for the job, but I dont think your comments are justified hes the only base supervisor whos honest and lays it on the line with respect for you but also working within the restraints of the company.
He works harder than the rest cos hes the only one in the office that crew really respect and the only in there who can actually do their job properly!
Obviously you must have crossed him at some point.
