It depends on how well you are absorbing the information, will depend on how much spare time you have during ground school. There is always time for excising but limited time to catch up with nearest and dearest. If you have flown before then some of the content will be a breeze until you get to commands where it can get difficult to get rid of previous airline commands. The key is so slow down when shouting your evacuation commands so you have time to mentally prepare what the next line is going to be. I personally found QF ground school not to stressful (even though I am an ex flyer) as EP's are delivered in a way that you can understand and makes sense. Good Luck with GS! you will ace it.

Do you have to have everything ticked on the security part before you get the medical email?
I feel like I have been waiting for agesssssss to get that last final tick for the printing and its killing me haha. |

I've got the golden call on two days ago! wootwoot!
My base is in Sydney, applied for this position in May 2016. ASIC process took about 3 weeks. And there are 11 days gap between Medical checks and golden call, FYI :-) By the way, can anyone let me know if the contract sheets come to me through a mail or e-mail? If I can do scan the sheets and send them to Qantas after signing the contract, it would be all right, but if I must sign the original sheets and SHOULD MAIL them, that would be a problem at the moment. please kindly let me know :-) |
