x x

p.s) can anyone tel me what the males unifrom is like aswel, please!

BusinessMan 9th Feb 2009 00:37

If it's for cabin crew then you may get a better response on the cabin crew forum...:ok:

Ollie1 9th Feb 2009 08:27

Hi, CrawleyLad, I had mine last Thursday went well, basically when you first get there you got a disclosure scotland form etc to fill out, and then you go and have a 2 to 1 interview. Once thats done the other EI crew member will collect in all your documents.

The uniform is quite nice, looks good.

CrawleyLad 9th Feb 2009 09:31

Cheers for getting back to me... how long are you needin to waitin for your out-come

I take it to be then all it is, is a 2-2-1 interview... i guess there is just alot of customer service questions asked?

Cheers Again

Ollie1 9th Feb 2009 10:44

Ye, thats all it is, quite a lot of customer service questions but i think thats normal for an airline interview. They said we should be waiting a couple of weeks, but the first training course is at the beginning of march so i would think it would be soon.
Good luck with yours :)

gives an idea of the male uniform.

Have to say EI's uniforms have stood the test of time considering they are a good decade on the go.

Hi Ollie,

I had my interview last thursday as well. Have you heard back from them yet? I had a phone call this morning inviting me to a medical tomorrow? Does this mean if we pass the medical we go onto the training course? Not really sure how it works as she didnt give me many details! Im taking it as a positive thing tho?!

xx

cjpm21 9th Feb 2009 12:38

Anyone know what stage they are at with recruiting Seniors? And have they recruited a base cabin crew manager yet?

Ollie1 9th Feb 2009 16:34

Hi emily, that could be positive, I havent had that call yet, I wonder if anyone else has, wot time was your interview? mine was at 9, used to work for xl.

dubh12000 9th Feb 2009 18:40

Did they tell you guys about the intensive Irish language course you must complete?

Emily88 10th Feb 2009 01:57

Hi Ollie

I think we were in the same interview time as mine was at 9 too...? I think i sat next to you and we both used the tippex for the disclosure scotland! lol!

well they called back earlier and asked if i would be availale to start the training course on the 2nd if i passed medical and security, so fingers crossed.

Hope you get the call too, sounds like they are quite rushed so you might not get the call untill day before or something?

Let me know how u get on :-)

xx

hunkydorys 10th Feb 2009 11:18

Emily88 10th Feb 2009 17:39

Hannahvp 11th Feb 2009 09:10

Hi Emily I saw you have already received a call back from Aer Lingus regarding the cabin crew job. When did was your interview?
I had one on the wednesday of last wk and haven't heard anything yet.

Hannah :)

Emily88 11th Feb 2009 09:25

Hi Hannah

I had my interview last thursday and they called me for a medical on monday. I had it yesterday, and just waiting to hear if i passed or not! agh! I think the reason they were so quick with me was because I said i was available immediatly as im not working at the moment! But we will see what happens next.

How do u feel your interview went? Have you flown before? Good luck with it all! :-)

xx

Ollie1 11th Feb 2009 10:01

I said that too at mine LOL

SouBE 12th Feb 2009 08:33

So what forum is this then?

bouquet 12th Feb 2009 17:38

dublin based cabin crew

hi all has anybody heard anything about aerlingus cabin crew recruitment dublin based? would really appreciate any info anybody has? lol

CallBell 12th Feb 2009 17:48

Not sure there are plans at the moment for DUB base recruiting. Most of the training for a while will be for LGW based crew. Plus they will probably make the cabin crew on fixed terms permanent before recruiting again. But keep your eye on the website for any announcements.

CrawleyLad 12th Feb 2009 18:04

Anyone else been giving start date for this monday... very short notice only been giving 3days notice but its on cabincrew.com

Does anyone know if Aer Lingus do a whole 5 History Check on you, even if you have held a BAA pass or do the just fill in the gaps since you last had the pass?

Emily88 12th Feb 2009 18:11

hey Crawleylad

Are you starting training this monday? When did u hear back from your medical? I had my medical on tuesday and havnt heard anything back yet :-/ got told that if i passed medical and security i would start training on the 2nd March tho now im wondering why i havnt heard back yet! agh!

Take Care :-)

xx

Emily88 12th Feb 2009 18:13

P.s-- I think they still need your 5 year history! xx

hunkydorys 13th Feb 2009 15:58

Thurs 16th Interview LGW

Did anyone else have an interview at LGW thursday 16th? I haven't heard anything not sure if that's good or bad.

In the interview they said It can take 4-6 weeks for an outcome however they have been calling people back the next day so now i am unsure.

Would appreciate if someone from thursday's interview could let me know if they've had any feedback and been told they've got the job? Waiting 4-6 weeks would be extremely difficult!
Thanks alot!

millie b 21st Jul 2009 17:29

Crew_Girl_2 22nd Jul 2009 07:41
