Qatar Airways Cabin Crew – No Experience?
Hi everyone,
I recently applied for the Qatar Airways Cabin Crew recruitment in Amman (2026 intake), and I had a question I was hoping someone with knowledge or experience could clarify.
Is prior cabin crew experience required to be seriously considered or do they regularly hire candidates without previous airline experience?
I have a customer service background and previous airport experience, but I’ve never worked as cabin crew before. I meet the general requirements listed (age, education, English, etc.), but I’m curious how competitive it is for applicants with no direct flight attendant experience.
Would really appreciate any insight from those who have gone through the process or know how Qatar Airways approaches this. and please drop me an advice if you have any!
