I am JQ internal, applied late last year and still waiting for any kind of updates, application just says “in progress” Which workgroup are you in?

I see, so I'm guessing you're team Jetstar not Altara... I'm in the SH workgroup.
A mate of mine told me his friend from Jetstar got ground school, this was before Christmas.
I thought you guys would be easier to be released since Altara hires 24/7.

Anyhow, good news is there is no expiry date on the application so be strong and hang in there 💪

Hey! No I’m altara, but we can apply as internals now as altara hire for QF (if that makes sense?) from what I heard we need to be endorsed by our manager and then wait for an offer. But also need to hire more team before we are able to cross over. Fingers crossed for April 💫✈️

Doing the online learning etc. Do we need to print out all those manuals prior to first day?l and complete the answers re safety equipment. I'm a tad overwhelmed to say the least

So like many of you I have been waiting patiently for that golden call… finally today I received it! Super excited to get my wings back, just wondering if anyone out there will also be doing part of their training in Abu Dhabi? My start date is the 21st March… really looking forward to heading back to the Middle East 💃🏼

I applied late December and did my AI questionnaire on 5Jan. Informed to be progressed by an email on 11Jan which advised that an assessment booking email will come as soon as the next assessment days are available. AD email came on 20Jan with a link to book a time slot on 2Feb or 14Feb. Attended my AD on 14Feb 9am, got my email of progression, Xref etc. the next day’s late night. Don’t worry. No news tends to be good news, as it looks like rejection emails sent out much faster than successful emails. Once receiving the link you’ll need to book your assessment asap as the slots are limited. Otherwise you’ll have to wait for the next ones. Good luck!
