PAP smear issues, please help

Hello to everybody,
if someone can help me please.
I want to send my medical to Emirates throw the Candidate Portal but I have cervical smear test positive on HPV virus.

Can anybody give some infos about that?

Is there any problem if girls had HPV?

I´m very concerned with this question because Ii have the hpv virus iand I dont know is it unacceptable by the company?
Please,if you have any experience,let me know if this won't ruin my chances to join the Emirates!
I will appreciate it immensely!
