Just a Warning
Aviation Link in Saudi does not pay their cabin crew when the contract is over. If they resign, are terminated or at the end of a 2 month period they tell the crew they will do a wire transfer, they never do. They are also 2 months behind on expense accounts.
The new cabin crew they are hiring (mainly from Greece) they are paying USD 2000 per month and USD 50 per day per diem. This is half what the current crew is making...

Spoke with a guy who works there and he said that a group of girls they just interviewed are all not acceptable to the owner. I saw some photos of some of the cabin crew, one is unbelievably beautiful, looks South American....

Make sure everything is spelled out for you. Should be USD3500 per month with USD100 per day per diem. Whilst some are making less, the norm is USD 3500.

Aviation Link
I applied with Aviation Link directly with their cabin crew manager. They are not very professional when it comes to replies and updates. I also did some chacking with a couple agencies concerning Aviation Link and they are only offering USD2000 and USD50 per day for cabin crew. They have a couple crew that are making USD3500 and USD100 per day. Research shows that they are getting a 777 but there is no information on training of their cabin crew. From speaking with the recruiting agencies there is no SEP training given yet they take crew from different countries that have different training. This is not safe for the crew or the passengers. I am planning to continue my research.

Aviation Link
VP CAL is still in Switzerland, has not flown for Aviation Link yet.
More CC left recently, they did change the pay. Not competitive at all...
The CCM did leave, plus another CC was sent home.
Seems Aviation Link does not know how to treat their staff....

They have requests out with agencies for blue eyed blonde Americans!!! they dropped the pay for new entrants from 3500 USD to 2000 USD I would say that makes the pay not competitive.
In addtion they will not take Asian or African.
