If you take the time to trawl through old threads you will find all the information about pay and hours etc with Altara. The pay etc is fine but you will be treated like crap and it doesn't quite make up for it.
But in saying that, it is a good way to get your foot in the door within the aviation industry. If you are already in the aviation industry, stay where you are.

If you are on the Gold Coast, you should apply for this mob....ElstonAirways
Elston being the original name for the Surfers Paradise area. They actually employ you rather than take you on as a psuedo sub-contractor
