Sounds positive to me! They called me a few weeks after my FI and asked me to re-send formal photographs and casual photographs that I didnt have with me on the day ASAP and a few weeks after that i received my GC! I think this means they are processing your file and getting everything in order for Final Approval... I hope so anyway! Good luck and positive thinking! x

Hong Kong AD

Hi Guys, I would like to ask if is it possible for other nationalities to fly to nearby countries to attend an AD which will be conducted by an appointed agency.

Appointed Agency is Sass Atlantic.

Hong Kong will be having an AD on June 25 and I badly want to attend this and be part of EK.

Waiting 6 months...

There is a new rule. Even if you attended an OD and did'nt make it to the group discussion you still have to wait the six months.

Candidates are given a form to complete before the presentation, which ask if you have ever attended an OD. If yes, state when.
So if you are honest and say yes, then they'll know and you'll have to wait.

you can explain that you do not work with a contract in a very professional manner: for example you can say you choosed to collaborate with that company because they didn't have available jobs, but you wanted so much to work for them and gain experience that you accepted a collaboration contract which is not registred, just formal. i had the same situation to explain hope it helps!

I have a question, i uploaded all medical documents, but on the left margin on the candidates portal it still says Medicals in progress. Is this a problem or it is the way it should be? thank you very much.
Who has DOJ 30th of May besides me and Maureen?

small question...but very important

my status changed to 'You will be contacted by your Recruitment coordinator at the earliest' today, so can someone please tell me, when I can expect a call? I am a cabin crew, and I would be flying out of the country tonight and won't be reachable tomorrow.

they will call in the next two days. You can forward your calls to voicemail, they will leave you a message with a number to call back. Congratulations , you made it

Hellow everyone!
I got my GC today! I missed the call at first, but then I called them back, and the guy told me, that I got accepted, and that I have to do my medicals.
DOJ id 13 June. Is anyone else leaving on that day?

Wish you good luck to all who are waiting on a call

not necessary to wear absolutely matching skirt and jacket, but wear a contrast that matches or colours that are close to each other and people cannot make out difference.
However, if you go for the FI, make sure your clothes and make up is impeccable, because, all there attention going to be on your detailing. Save the red lipstick for FI.
And they will not ask you to open the jacket, so you can wear any sleeve.
