Any answers you give are supposed to be your own and not based on what others tell you.
I know this is going to sound harsh but I would automatically reject anyone who writes on a public board as you have, using text language and incorrect English. It displays a complete lack of pride and attention to detail and even if you are capable of writing proper English - and that seems doubtful - it would flag you as an inappropriate person for a customer facing position. I realise that English may not be your first language but you should still do better than this.
