Middle Eastern Airlines with No Poaching Agreements
Hi Everyone,
Does anyone know of Middle Eastern Airlines which has no poaching agreements with other Airlines?
E.g. QR and EK which requires you to wait for a year after resignation..

Hi, I wonder the same thing.. I've never heard of the term no poaching agreement, only that it's the rule for QR crew..
What about Ex-Etihad crew who wants to join Emirates ? Can they join EK within a year or no ? I would really appriciate an answer on this ... I'm myself is ex-etihad and within 6 months of quitting Ey, I got to Final interview with Emirates but wasn't offered the job. Does this agreement have something to do with it you think?

As far as I know, there is no agreement between Etihad and Emirates. (There are many ex-Etihad crew at Emirates and vica versa, they've never mentioned anything about it.)
Although, I think you need to wait 12 months if you want to join Etihad after QR. (I'm not sure: you should contact the HR at Etihad.)
