National Jet SYstems Crew

Hi

Can people tell me what the recruitment process for National Jet systems is for Qantaslink crew working on the 717's

I have heard they have had a lot of isues over pay and conditions since AWA's were introduced. Anyone know what the ages are like, PER an CNS base?

Thanks

NJS crew

The recruiting process is just an assessment day, so group activities then an interview in the afternoon if they like you. If you are successful then you have to pay for your training via salary sacrifice over two years and you are also bonded for two years so if you leave in that time you have to pay them the bond back pro rata. Perth crew dont get many overnights at the moment so the money is being made at Cairns and Darwin bases but only through DTA and other allowances because the base is not much.
