There is almost no requirement now for loadmasters in flight now on commercial aircraft. Pehaps you should look in the freight and cargo forums, if I were you I would look at doing the ground loading course to load up the cargo as there are extremely few flying loadmaster jobs now. How about doing a dispatchers course? Just some ideas, sorry I can't be of more help. I would respecialise asap, even the few flying jobs left for loadies will be gone soon, so I would not pursue that line.
