most likely you will not have a one on one in the same day. its too much. just the open day can last 10 hours if you make it all the way through. They will schedule a 1 on 1 usually the next day or 2 afterwards. At least thats how it was for me in Dublin.

Open Day 21st June!! MELBOURNE
Hi all, wow just spent about 4 hours reading posts about Emirates to be COMPLETELY prepared! Just one thing I'm not sure about, many people seem to say you must take at least two reference letters on workplace letterhead- with reasons for leaving, pass port, pictures by a professional photographer, birth certificate, diploma and certificates etc- i know you definitely need your resume and pictures but all the other stuff ? and do the pictures have to be professional?
also I am leaving to go on a trip to thailand on the 29th june for 10 days, will that matter? i can organise someone to answer my phone/email etc? also
how long will the selection week go for/ I'm travelling up from Hobart and have to organise to get work off, the Emirates invitation letter just says they might need me all week?
thanks for help!!!
