CAA Class 1

Apologies in advance about this huge rant
Basically, I underwent my initial class one a couple of months ago, I disclosed some of my past issues with social anxiety and tics which I was on medication for, which I have recovered from (Gave a letter stating that), I was referred for an extra psychiatric assessment, not surprised about that and I understand it.
I guess I just want some opinions as to whether I will be able to obtain an unrestricted class 1, I had a Psychiatric assessment from my therapist a month after finishing the medication as that is a requirement anyway and I was dicharged from therapy as I had recovered, in the report it includes past things I had such as one panic attack which caused the social anxiety (no longer present), as well as an inconclusive autism assessment from 6 years ago, do you think this will affect me and my chances of obtaining an unrestricted class one? (FYI, throughout all of my therapy and problems, I did not once have any Su1cidal thoughts etc), the report also states that I have fully recovered and no symptoms or issues remain, I'm a bit concerned the CAA assessor may see the report and the things stated and not give me a chance.

Thanks.
