Looks like it happened as the aircraft used a RET to exit the runway and perhaps the pilots were not paying 100% attention while taxiing off and hugged the right side of the taxiway instead of staying on the centre line. Taxiway c/line could do with a lick of paint as well...perhaps a `no hard-shoulder in 20 yds`markers` as well....
