Jetstream 32EP

Looking at a Jetstream 32EP type aircraft for ops into and out of a 1400m strip at 2000ft @ up to ISA+15C. What might be the payload?

Check the performance manual.

Concur with previous post, you need also to know how much fuel you need to depart with.
Payload may or may not be restrictive if a short flight to destination with, if IFR, a close by alternate.
The runway is on the short side but from my recollection payload v range was usually the problem.

1400m strip

The Metro would cope with that, how ever load is a factor to. First leg length and so on....

Don't have an AFM with the J32EP mods hence my question.

I used to operate Metro 11[-10]/111/111H/23. Solid machines but we are looking at a bigger cabin for some clients.

legs from 150-300nm

Tks

The other option is to get in touch with BAe. They should be able to provide the exact info you require. The Jetstream used to be at Prestwick, I think they closed that (place) down. Google will probably find the people to talk to. Also I would do a search of PPRuNe as the question may have been asked already.

without your fuel load but with enough for a 40 min sector and 30 min divert with ifr reserves your looking at 5-10 depending on baggage and male female mix departure and 10 for landing.

You might be better with watermeth than EP if your authority will allow it.

you would be better with a 1900D but you can get 4 jetstreams for the price of one of them.

Twin otter might do it.

Try contacting the AIS Flight Academy in Lelystad. They lease out JS32 a/c and might be able to help you.
